Since the first Swift caravan was sold, the company has always maintained its desire to produce caravans, motorhomes, and holiday-homes of innovative design, high quality, and value for money. To celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2014, Swift launched a brand new wholly composite caravan building system called the SMART HT. SMART stands for Strong, Modern, Aerodynamic, Resilient and Tested, and was introduced across their entire range of touring ‘vans. This system has no timber or ply included in its construction. Instead, it is manufactured with a composite body, aluminium jointing system, the latest insulation materials, and a new, patent-pending, floor.
Not only is the company continues working to improve customer satisfaction, and provide a greater caravanning and motorhome experience, it is also very environmentally aware. The most up-to-date machinery has been installed to minimise production waste. Cutting edge extraction equipment ensures all sawdust and other waste can be collected, and recycled into such things as paper and pet bedding. All timber is sourced from renewable forests, and manufacturing materials supplied in returnable/reusable packaging.
Swift’s eight ranges and 40 models of caravans are the epitome of luxury on wheels. Whether your interest lies in a lightweight two-berth caravan like the award-winning Basecamp, or a six-berth twin axle caravan that offers luxury accommodation for the whole family, you will find there is a Swift caravan to suit all pockets and requirements.
