"If we could give Ropers 10 stars, we would. From start to finish their customer service was exemplary. First viewings were a great experience, all the caravans are open so you can potter around looking at which ever catches your eye. The Sales Team give you time and don't pressure you, but are always around if you need more information. The whole purchasing process was professional, friendly and they were knowledgeable about their stock. When we called the following day to add motor movers, it wasn't a problem at all. John has excellent customer service. As does Lee the lovely guy in the shop that knows everything you'd ever need to know about caravan excessories. As new caravan owners the handover was fantastic, even allowing us the time to video the controls, as we knew absolutely nothing! Driving home towing our new caravan was great knowing we were settled in our purchase and being valued as customers. If you're looking to upgrade or indeed considering to buy your first caravan, we cannot recommend the team at Ropers highly enough. Ann & Phil"
